About
I've spent over 15 years leading product and design. Most recently, I was VP of Creative at Splinterlands, where I helped grow the platform from a blank page to 1.6 million monthly sessions and led a team of 40. Before that, I led design and product work for agencies and consumer brands, including national retail partnerships.
Talon Edge Strategy is how I work today. It's hands-on, close to the problem and focused on results you can see. I still advise Splinterlands, and I work as a contract AI training expert with micro1 and Mercor, using my design and product background to help train and evaluate AI models.
